    This is an in-house/local position out of our North Phoenix office. No freelancers, please!

    We are looking for a talented designer with strong web design and basic CSS/HTML skills, to join our North Phoenix team. This role will require someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and dig into a large number of web design builds for our clients. Our ideal candidate will approach each build with a balance of speed, attention to detail & flexibility to the changing needs of the project and their team.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Designing website builds/templates from scratch
    • Working with a collaborative team of designers & developers
    • Working on a variety of web and digital projects for clients (graphics, icons, etc.)
    • Must be familiar with current web layout trends, UI/UX considerations, mobile layout structure
    • Must be able to work on your own and with the team
    • Improve skills and knowledge through continuing educational opportunities and personal development

    What You Need to Know:

    • UI/UX design experience
    • Portfolio demonstrating versatility between web, mobile, digital work
    • Must have experience with WordPress
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
    • Photoshop wizard is a plus!
    • Must be willing to accept criticism and take instructions
    • OCD is highly encouraged but not required
    • Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and be willing to learn more!

    We are looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to work in our fun, fast-paced North Phoenix office.

    The Digital Account Manager manages a portfolio of digital marketing client accounts, builds rapport and maintains relationships with existing clients, monitors and communicates campaign progress back to clients and facilitates the transfer of client information and requests to respective digital team members.

    We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, positive and demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.

    On a daily basis, the account manager will:

    • Call clients within their digital marketing portfolio to build rapport and communicate campaign performance
    • Review and analyze clients’ campaigns for areas of improvement
    • Correspond with clients via email
    • Strategize ways to improve campaign performance with internal teams
    • Create and update client accounts, contacts, and communication in CRM system
    • Coordinate fulfillment of campaign requirements and changes with other respective departments
    • Stay current on latest digital marketing trends and changes

    Required Skills:

    • Has 2-4 years of digital marketing account management or digital marketing customer service experience
    • Has a minimum of 4 years in an office environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Organized with strong time management skills
    • High level of organization
    • Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
    • Is proactive, self-motivated, and dependable with a positive attitude

    • Has an in-depth understanding of SEO and PPC

    • Experience with Google+, Yext, Google My Business, and Google Search Console
