We're seeking a highly experienced Client Relations Manager to work in our fun, fast-paced North Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience in strategic planning, predictive staff modeling, and leadership ability.

The Client Relations Manager will lead a team of client-facing digital National Account Managers and Onboarding Specialists. This person will coach their team on managing books of business and developing and maintaining successful client relationships in the Home Services industry. The Client Relations Manager has a deep understanding of staff forecasting and expanding on current KPIs. We're looking for strong leadership right out of the gate.

Requirements all clearly detailed on your resume:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven experience in:
    • Training a team to develop and execute strategic plans to meet client goals
    • Tracking and reporting client performance
    • Forecasting staffing needs
    • High level of skill in department strategic planning
    • KPI development for multiple department positions
    • Employee development
    • Structuring career pathing

Desired Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the Home Service Industry
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels SEO, PPC, social media, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Someone who genuinely cares about their team
  • Excellent collaboration skills with management, stakeholders, and peers to ensure that training and coaching align with business goals and objectives

On a daily basis, the account manager will:

  • Lead a team that manages complex digital marketing campaigns for their Home Service industry clients
  • Managing the day-to-day interactions between the client and the National Account Managers
  • Act as the client advocate to internal team members
  • Collecting client data from a variety of sources, including website analytics, social media, and email marketing
  • Analyzing client data to identify trends and patterns to determine the most effective marketing channels for each client
  • Presenting findings clearly, tailoring communication to the client's specific needs and interests
  • Provide ongoing team training to maintain exceptional client customer service and improve team members' skill sets
  • Implement new processes and procedures as appropriate
  • Manage performance reviews and compensation
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment
