Digital Design Assistant (Digital Marketing)

**We are seeking a full-time Digital Design Assistant. This is an in-house position out of our North Phoenix, AZ office. No freelancers.

**Applicants must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification will be completed before a hiring decision is made.

We are seeking a talented Digital Design Assistant to join our design team. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to grow and learn and is looking for an opportunity to take their design skills to the next level. In this role, you will support the design team with various projects and tasks.

On a daily basis, the right candidate will:

  • Ensure that every website page is professionally styled with supporting graphics throughout the content
  • Manage updating coupons on websites
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Set up company information in the back end of WordPress sites for Designers
  • Complete the post-launch checklist, which includes compressing images
  • Complete site update tickets
  • Design graphics and Google Business Profile posts
  • Act as a notetaker for the Design team
  • Review websites to catch errors and enter them for the team to fix
  • Upload images to galleries in WordPress


  • Portfolio of work showcasing your skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Photoshop
  • Experience with Adobe XD is a plus
  • Ability to work with Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Creative and detail-oriented
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be familiar with current web trends, UI/UX considerations
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus and be willing to learn
  • A passion for learning and growing as a digital design professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
