RYNO Strategic Solutions is seeking a Social Media Marketing Department Manager to work in our fun, fast-paced North Phoenix office. This role is a leadership position that manages a team of social media marketers and will regularly assess employee performance.


  • Experience in building a team of successful social media marketers
  • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership/management role clearly documented on your resume
  • 3+ years of social media experience Content creation, maintaining budgets, evaluating analytics, etc.
  • Experience building graphics/ads with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premier, SEMrush, Canva, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager/Business Manager.
  • Has a history of growing client social media profiles
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office setting
  • A good sense of humor. We like to laugh and have fun!

You think strategically about leveraging social media to achieve our client's goals. You are creative, solve problems quickly and effectively, and think outside the box.

You have a deep understanding of paid advertising and will be responsible for a team that plans and executes successful campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads.

You enjoy participating and collaborating as a part of our dynamic leadership team. You celebrate your peers' successes and regularly offer your assistance with new initiatives.

You have a passion for social media, brand, and content strategy. You keep up with social media trends, marketing tactics, and have a deep understanding of all social media platforms.

You are an open and direct communicator and are not afraid to throw out an idea or constructively challenge an existing one.

On a daily basis, the right candidate will:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the Social Media team
  • Oversee day-to-day operations by acting as a resource for your team
  • Oversee team recruitment, career pathing, employee development, and review performance routinely
  • Prepare regular analytical reporting for upper management
  • Set and enforce policies and processes
  • Identify new social media content and marketing trends
  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective social media strategies to maximize ROI for RYNO clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support client digital marketing strategies
  • Understand how to make content work for different audiences and different platforms
  • Understand the importance of copywriting for social media posts and advertising
  • Build and manage a minor book of accounts
  • Manage client budgets and paid advertising campaigns
  • Other duties as requested by management

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of previous management experience
  • 2+ years of reporting to C-Suite
  • 3+ years of executing paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • General Understanding of digital marketing SEO, PPC, ETC.
  • Experience with TikTok and other short-reel video-based social content
  • Facebook Blueprint certified
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and strives to consistently produce quality work
  • Enjoys collaborating with peers and executive management
