Having spent years climbing the corporate ladder with a major local advertising firm, Chris and Anna Yano felt unfulfilled and frustrated with the agencies lack of delivery on the commitments it made. They knew the digital space was the right place to capture local leads but also recognized the agency wasn’t willing to do what it took to make the campaigns successful. The Yano’s knew they understood the products and the business owners they served and just need to find a way to deliver better results.

In Indiana in 2008, they started Brickyard Marketing and endearingly named it after the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Brickyard Marketing began as a local website development and search engine optimization marketing firm mostly serving small businesses with no web presence in the Midwest. Over time, Brickyard Marketing evolved into a full-service digital marketing firm that specialized in the heating and air conditioning industry.

HVAC Chose RYNOChris and Anna commonly joke that they didn’t choose HVAC, but HVAC chose them.

As Brickyard Marketing emerged into a national digital marketing leader in the HVAC space, it was time to change the business name to more accurately reflect a national brand. In 2012, RYNO opened a second office in Phoenix, Arizona that ultimately became its headquarters. Who can resist amazing weather 9 months out of the year?
