RYNO Strategic Solutions is looking for another talented Digital Marketing Project Manager to work in our fun, fast-paced North Phoenix office.

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of RYNO projects from completed sale onboarding to launched project handoff. This position monitors and communicates project progress back to sales and account management, and facilitates the transfer of client information and requests to respective development team members.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, positive, highly organized, and demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.

On a daily basis, the Digital Project Manager will…

  • Oversee the onboarding of all new clients that come in from the sales team.
  • Assist the sales team in determining pricing, project scope, and project requirements for complex campaigns before contract completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for account management teams throughout the onboarding process.
  • Translate client priorities and expectations clearly across internal development teams.
  • Project manage and coordinate with products teams, including web design, content, SEO, PPC, sales, and account management teams to set up and launch each website and digital campaign.
  • Independently create and manage project timelines to provide an accurate picture of project resourcing needs.
  • Meet consistently with internal teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables, leading kickoff meetings, requirements meetings, internal review meetings, and prelaunch quality checks.
