Chris Yano
Chris is the CEO of RYNO Strategic Solutions, and has been leading the charge since 2008. He is also the host of the popular To The Point Home Services Podcast. Chris is an experienced business owner, investor and philanthropist with a heart for the trades.
He’s done hundreds of keynotes, breakouts and webinars on successful digital marketing best practices for home services companies during his tenure. Chris is married to his wife of 16 years, Anna Yano (RYNO COO) and has 4 children, Kaycee, Berkeley, Mason & Fallon Yano.
Anna Yano
Anna is the Co-Founder and COO of RYNO Strategic Solutions. As the COO, Anna manages the strategic and financial decisions, employee growth, hiring, HR, client satisfaction, and overall service execution of the organization. Her analytical nature & in-depth financial, leadership, and business skills are the foundation of RYNO’s health and success.
Her commitment to clients has maintained the company’s reputation as one of the most reputable digital marketing agencies for the home services industry. In contrast, her commitment to employees has created an incredible company culture. Anna is married to her husband of 16 years, Chris Yano (RYNO CEO & Podcast Host) & has 4 children, Kaycee, Berkeley, Mason & Fallon Yano.
Mike Venidis
Mike is the Chief Experience Officer at RYNO Strategic Solutions. Alongside RYNO’s Co-Founders, Chris & Anna Yano, Mike has helped build the company for the majority of its existence. As our CXO, he works closely with Anna overseeing all operations and focuses primarily on all things related to both the employee and client experience. Mike’s passion for growth, self-development, and cultivating talent is the cornerstone to nurturing RYNO’s culture and enhancing performance into what it is today.
Mike has also played a crucial role in developing RYNO’s digital marketing strategies. He has educated thousands of businesses about SEO, PPC, LSA and more at industry events nationwide. Not only has he hosted educational trainings for major organizations like Lennox, Carrier, Daikin, ACCA, and others, he has written multiple articles about digital marketing and has been interviewed and referenced consistently in ACHR News, a leading print and online trade publication for the HVAC industry.
Mike has been married to Jaclyn Venidis, our VP of Digital Marketing, for 5 years, and they have an Australian Shepherd named Halo together.
Jeff Bowab
Jeff is the Vice President of Sales at RYNO Strategic Solutions, leveraging 20+ years of leadership and sales expertise in the digital marketing industry. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams, Jeff is a seasoned professional in the field.
His extensive knowledge and insights into digital marketing have positioned him as a respected figure within the industry. As a speaker at events like Roofcon, IRE, SRC, STG, Jeff offers valuable insights that empower companies in the trades.
In his personal life, he’s a dedicated golf enthusiast and finds joy savoring diverse culinary experiences through global travel. Married to Amy, he seamlessly embraces the role of a father figure to her two daughters, Lauren and Lindsay. This balance between professional excellence and personal fulfillment defines Jeff Bowab as a well-rounded, influential leader in the digital marketing industry.
