Josey is the newest owner of SVG and WTS Conference, but his run leading up to all that was legendary. He had his own $6 million year in sales and would go on to build and lead a massive sales team. By figuring out how to find the right salespeople with the “prey drive” that’s often missing, he grew his team from 34 reps to 300 in three years and helped scale the company to well over nine figures.
Early on, Josey recognized that a lot of the salespeople he was recruiting were coming in with bad habits or training baggage from previous companies.
