Can we get a “Roll Tide”? Live from RYNOx 2024, we bring you Keynote Speaker Nick Saban, former head coach of the ‘Bama Crimson Tide!
Nick Saban probably needs no introduction to many, but if you aren’t familiar, here’s what you need to know. The most successful college football coach of all time, Saban won national championships 6 times from 2009-2020, is a 10-time SEC champion, and quite possibly the most famous coach in college sports history.

Now retired from coaching football, Saban co-owns several highly successful Mercedes Dealerships and continues to appear frequently on ESPN as an analyst. If you’re running a home services business, you are a “coach” of sorts. Are you ready to learn how to make your team win from one of the greatest to ever do it?

Trust the Process

Nick Saban’s name is rarely mentioned without “the process”. He’s known for having a championship-winning process that he’s even taken off the football field and into his new endeavors. As the “coach” of your team, what is the process you’re following to ensure you have success?

Saban’s legendary process is pretty simple. It’s the definition of what you have to do to be successful and accomplish the goals that you. That’s it! Of course, there’s plenty in between the lines there, and his keynote speech dives into just that.

In this episode, RYNOx 2024 Keynote Speaker Nick Saban talks about:
  • Defining your vision and goals
  • Having the self-discipline to work toward your goals every single day
  • Dealing with failure
  • Focusing on the process, not the outcome
  • The importance of positive attitudes and accountability
  • Anticipating things to go wrong in order to stay positive
  • Being a transformational leader
  • Recruiting vs. developing talent
  • And more!

Success Yesterday Doesn’t Mean Success Today

As Saban points out, success is not a continuum. Even after winning championships, he and the team would board the bus back home and continue the process for the year ahead. You have to be able to adapt, self-assess, and continually figure out how you can improve. The only way to dominate your competition is to have a process, trust the process, and have the discipline to follow it every single day.

Stay tuned for next week’s episode, where we’ll be bringing you another exciting episode live from RYNOx 2024!
